Rooftop services are aerial photo and video documentation only. Davis Drone does not provide:
- Certified roof inspections
- Structural assessments
- Insurance inspections or insurance-ready reports
- Professional roofing evaluations
- Engineering opinions
- Code compliance reviews
- Damage diagnosis
If you need any of those services, you should consult a qualified roofing contractor, licensed inspector, structural engineer, insurance professional, or other licensed professional. Aerial photos and videos are a visual reference tool — they are not a substitute for a professional inspection.
Flight Conditions and Availability
Drone flights are subject to conditions outside of Davis Drone's control. All flights depend on:
- Safe weather and visibility conditions
- FAA airspace restrictions and legal flight authorization
- Site access and ground safety
- Timing and scheduling availability
- Local ordinances or site-specific restrictions
Davis Drone may decline, postpone, or reschedule any project if conditions are unsafe, not legally flyable, or if site access is not available. In those situations, we will communicate as early as possible and work to reschedule.
